Every missed call gets a text back.
You're on a job. The phone rings. By the time you call back, they've booked someone else. Your agent texts them back while you're still on the ladder.
This is one job your agent can do. Pick it on its own or with any of the others. Same agent, same price.
About 14% of calls to home-service businesses go unanswered.1
What it does
- A call goes unanswered.
- Your agent texts the caller back fast, in words you approved: who you are, and what they need.
- It sorts the reply: emergency, repair, quote, or spam.
- Emergencies ping you or your on-call tech right away.
- Simple service calls get booked into open slots, using rules you set. Everything else lands as a callback with the details filled in.
What it won't do
- Quote a price, offer a discount, or promise a time you didn't set.
- Call anyone. It texts.
- Text people who never contacted you.
Where it runs
Your phone system and your field service software. We check yours on the call. If we can't connect to something you use, we'll tell you before you pay anything.
Texting rules
Business texting has rules, and carriers need your number registered before texts go through. We set up the registration with you during the build. Your agent only texts people who called you first, and anyone who replies STOP stops getting texts.
Already have an answering service?
Keep it. Your agent covers the calls that still slip through: after hours, overflow, or when the service just takes a message.
Price
$2,500 to build your agent, with this job and any others you pick from the list. $1,000 a month to run, starting the day it goes live. Founding price for our first 5 shops. Up to $150 a month of AI usage included. 6-month term, then month to month. Full pricing
Questions about missed calls
Does it sound like a robot?
It uses the words you approved. You read every message before it goes live.
What about the middle of the night?
You pick the hours and what counts as an emergency. Outside your hours, it texts back, sorts, and holds non-urgent ones for the morning.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. There's a pause you can use any time, by text.
