One agent. Every job on the list. One price.
| The build | $2,500, paid when you sign |
| Monthly | $1,000 a month, starting the day your agent goes live. Founding price for our first 5 shops. Lock it in for as long as you stay. |
| Jobs | Every job on the list your shop needs |
| AI usage | Up to $150 a month included. If a busy month goes over, we cover it, within reason |
| Term | 6 months, then month to month on 30 days' notice |
Same price for every founding shop, whether your agent does one job or all of them. No discounts.
The first 5 shops we work with keep $1,000 a month for as long as they stay a client, through the 6-month term and month to month after that. Shops that sign up later will pay more.
What the build covers
- Connecting your agent to your tools.
- Setting up each job you pick with your words, your hours, and your rules.
- Texting registration, if your agent texts.
- Testing it on your real work before it touches a customer.
- Writing down your starting numbers so we can compare later.
What the monthly covers
- Running your agent and every job it does.
- Weekly checks and fixes.
- Monthly tuning and a written monthly report.
- A check against your starting numbers at 90 days and 6 months.
- Up to $150 a month of AI usage.
You could build it yourself, but then you'd be the one keeping it running.
If you're handy with software, you can probably get an AI tool to text back a missed call. The hard part is keeping it right, month after month.
The tools it runs on change every few months. When they do, we update your agent and test it on your real work before it touches a customer again. You don't have to read the release notes.
We watch it every week. Say a reply quotes last season's hours, or chases an estimate the customer already signed. You tell us, or we spot it in our weekly check, and we fix it. Your monthly report says what changed.
We handle access too. Your agent only gets into the tools it needs for the jobs you picked. When someone leaves your shop, or you switch software, we change what it can reach, so you're never guessing what's still connected.
That's what the monthly pays for. You keep running your shop, and we keep your agent working.
If a busy month uses more
Up to $150 a month of AI usage is included. If a busy month runs over, we cover it, within reason. We watch usage every week.
Billing
- The build is paid when you sign.
- The monthly starts the day your agent goes live. Nothing monthly before that.
- Your first 6 months are the term. After that it's month to month, and you can stop with 30 days' notice.
Adding jobs
Your agent can take on more jobs as you go. Tell us what you need. We set it up, test it on your real work, and you approve it before it goes live. It's the same agent and the same $1,000 a month.
What 6 months costs
$2,500 build + 6 × $1,000 = $8,500 for the first 6 months, for your agent and every job it does.
Run your own numbers
Put in four numbers from your shop. We'll show a rough monthly figure for two of the jobs, Missed calls and Unpaid invoices, next to the $1,000 a month. Leave a box empty if you don't know it yet.
Your numbers
Check your phone's call log. Count the calls nobody picked up or called back.
What a typical paid job brings in, before your costs.
Yours and your office person's, added together: reminders, calls, and checking who's paid.
What an hour of that time is worth to you, or what you pay the person who does it.
Our assumptions (you can change these)
Our assumption. Invoca's 2025 home services report found 37% of calls from digital marketing are leads.¹ Your missed calls also include current customers, suppliers, and spam, so we start lower.
Our assumption. In Invoca's 2025 cross-industry report, home services phone leads converted 46% of the time on the call.² A text after a missed call is weaker than a person picking up, and in a 2025 CallRail survey, 21% of people said they call another business right away when nobody answers.³ So we start at about a fifth of that.
Our assumption. You still approve sends at first, deal with disputes, and set prices, so we only count a quarter of those hours.
For example, at a $1,500 average job, one new job a month would cover the $1,000 monthly. That's revenue, before your costs on the job.
The build is $2,500, once, on top of this.
How we do the math
- Missed calls a month = missed calls a week × 4.33 (weeks in an average month)
- New jobs a month = missed calls a month × share that are someone asking about new work × share the text back turns into a paid job
- Revenue a month = new jobs × average job value
- Hours off your plate a month = hours a week × 4.33 × share your agent takes off your plate
- Time value a month = hours off your plate × your hourly rate
- Total = revenue + time value
- Ratio = total ÷ the monthly price
- Break-even jobs = the monthly price ÷ average job value, rounded up to a whole job
A few plain notes:
- The revenue line is revenue, not profit. What you keep from those jobs depends on your margin.
- Hours off your plate are time, not cash in the bank. They're worth real money when you spend them on paid work or cut paid hours.
- Only Missed calls and Unpaid invoices are counted. Nothing else on the list is in this number.
- Your agent can also do other jobs from the list, like Open estimates or the Morning brief. This calculator doesn't count them.
The fine print, in plain words
This is an estimate from your numbers and the assumptions above. It isn't a promise of what your agent will bring in.

Questions
Is the call free?
Yes. It's 15 minutes and there's no charge.
Why is the price on the page?
Every job on the list has a fixed scope, and your agent is the same price however many you pick. The call is to see if it fits your shop.
What if it isn't a fit?
We'll say so on the call, before you pay anything.
