These terms apply to TimePain AI services provided by Time Pain LLC, including assessments, consulting, automation, agent workflows, and related implementation work.

Services

Time Pain LLC provides business assessment and implementation services designed to identify operational constraints and improve workflows. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access, appropriate approvals, and lawful authorization for any systems, accounts, files, or data connected to the service.

Connected accounts and permissions

When a client authorizes access to Microsoft 365 or another system, Time Pain LLC will use that access only for the approved service purpose. Clients may revoke access through their account or administrator controls. Some workflows may stop working if access is removed.

No guaranteed results

We aim to deliver practical improvements, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, services are provided without guarantees of revenue, savings, rankings, or specific financial results.

Confidentiality

We treat client business information as confidential and use it only to provide, support, and improve the approved service, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client.

Payment

Fees, payment timing, credits, refunds, and cancellation rules are set by the applicable invoice, checkout page, proposal, or written agreement.

Acceptable use

Clients may not use our services for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam, harassment, deceptive practices, or processing data they do not have the right to use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time Pain LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid to Time Pain LLC for the service giving rise to that claim, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
