Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These terms apply to TimePain AI services provided by Time Pain LLC, including building and running AI agents for home-service shops and related implementation work.

Services

Time Pain LLC builds one AI agent for each client shop and runs it every month. The agent does the jobs the client picks from our published list. The specific jobs, scope, and timeline are set in the written scope and agreement the client signs. Anything the agent sends to a customer needs the client's approval until the client chooses to let a step run on its own.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access, appropriate approvals, and lawful authorization for any systems, accounts, files, or data connected to the service.

Connected accounts and permissions

When a client authorizes access to its email, phone system, field service software, accounting software, or another system, Time Pain LLC will use that access only for the approved service purpose. Clients may revoke access through their account or administrator controls. Some workflows may stop working if access is removed.

No guaranteed results

We aim to deliver practical improvements, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, services are provided without guarantees of revenue, savings, rankings, or specific financial results.

Confidentiality

We treat client business information as confidential and use it only to provide, support, and improve the approved service, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client.

Price, billing, and term

AI Course: $3,000 up front, then $200 a month for consulting. You can cancel the monthly any time.

For Done for you: the build is $2,500, paid when you sign.

For Done for you, the monthly is $400 a month for one job from our published list, plus $150 a month for each extra job, or $1,199 a month for all 9 jobs. It starts the day your agent goes live. Nothing monthly is billed before that.

For Done for you, the term is the first 6 months after your agent goes live. After that it's month to month, and you can stop with 30 days' notice.

For Done for you, all AI usage is included in the monthly. We don't bill usage or overage.

AI Course: if it isn't for you after week 1, you get a full refund.

If you pay for a year up front and cancel early, the prepaid amount is not refunded. The AI Course week-1 refund still applies.

Refunds, the billing day, and anything not covered here are set in the written agreement you sign.

Acceptable use

Clients may not use our services for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam, harassment, deceptive practices, or processing data they do not have the right to use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time Pain LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid to Time Pain LLC for the service giving rise to that claim, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
