Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Time Pain LLC operates TimePain AI and related consulting, AI agent build, automation, and implementation services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

Information we collect

We may collect business contact information, intake responses, meeting notes, files or examples you choose to provide, billing or transaction records handled by our payment providers, website analytics (including through the Meta pixel, described below), and communications with us.

How we use information

We use information to provide our services, communicate with clients, improve our work, maintain security, process payments, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Microsoft and connected accounts

If a client authorizes a Microsoft 365 or similar integration, Time Pain LLC requests only the permissions needed for the approved service. We use authorized access to perform the requested workflow, such as reading relevant business data, preparing drafts, or supporting calendar and workflow operations. We do not sell Microsoft user data.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as hosting, scheduling, payment, email, analytics, and secure software infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Cookies and the Meta pixel

We use the Meta pixel on our site. It's a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It uses cookies and similar tools. We use it to see how our ads do and to show our ads to people who may want them.

The pixel collects things like the pages you view, the buttons you click, and details about your device and browser. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy. It may link it to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one.

We don't send what you type into our calculator or our forms through the pixel.

You can opt out in a few ways. Change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account, under Ad preferences. Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Or use the industry opt-out pages at aboutads.info/choices (U.S.) and youronlinechoices.eu (Europe).

Data retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, business records, legal obligations, security, and client support. Clients may request deletion of non-required data.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so clients should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data unless it is required for the engagement.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of authorized integrations by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, or accounting reasons.

Text messaging (SMS)

Time Pain LLC sends account and service notifications and customer support replies by text from its assistant line, +1 760-388-0106, to clients and people who book a call with us and opt in at timepain.com/sms by checking an unchecked consent box. We collect your name, mobile number, and the date and time of your consent, and use them only to send the texts you asked for and to keep a record of your consent.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help, or email pard@timepain.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing described above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
