Every estimate gets a follow-up.
You sent the quote Tuesday. It's Friday. Nobody called them back. Your agent follows up on every open estimate, on a schedule you set, so good jobs don't go cold.
This is one job your agent can do. Pick it on its own or with any of the others. It all runs on the same agent.
What it does
- It reads your open estimates.
- It follows up on a schedule you set. We start with day 2, day 7, and day 21, and you can change it.
- It picks the right note for the job: repair or replace, the options you offered, financing if you offer it.
- When a customer replies with a question, it goes to you or your salesperson.
- It flags quotes that go quiet, biggest dollar amount first. Signed ones drop off the list.
What it won't do
- Change a price, offer a discount, or change the scope.
- Push a customer who said no.
- Send anything you haven't approved. At first you approve each send by text. Once you've seen enough, you can let the routine ones go out on their own.

Questions about estimate follow-up
Will it annoy my customers?
You set how many follow-ups and how far apart. It stops the moment someone signs, says no, or asks to stop.
My salesperson already follows up.
Good. Your agent gives them the list of who's gone quiet and handles the routine notes, so they can spend time on the calls that need a person.
How do I know it's working?
During the build we write down your current follow-up and close numbers. We check against them at 90 days and 6 months, in writing.
