What it does
- It watches for new leads from your website, forms, Google, and email.
- Within minutes it drafts a reply in your words. It asks what you'd ask (what's wrong, where, how soon) and offers open times from your calendar.
- If a lead asks a question, it answers that first. It never sends a nudge over an open question.
- It follows up on a schedule you set. We start with a nudge after 2 business days of quiet for leads ready to book, and one around day 4 or 5 and one around day 10 for leads still deciding. Then it stops. You can change any of it.
- It keeps a list of every live deal: when you last talked, the next step, what the job is worth, and which ones are about to go cold, biggest first.
What it won't do
- Quote a price, offer a discount, or promise a time you didn't set.
- Message people who never contacted you, or keep after someone who said no or asked to stop.
- Send anything you haven't approved. At first you approve each send by text. Once you've seen enough, you can let the routine ones go out on their own.
